Your time and money is limited and valuable. You want results from your investment in consultancy. We help you do this. We help you focus on improving their performance, taking action and implementing ideas. There are four key stages:

  1. Analysis and planning: We begin by establishing: What do you want to achieve? Why? What differences do you want to see? Where possible, we turn the development into a project with clear goals and timescales.
  2. The consultancy: Gives you ideas, information, enthusiasm and motivation. Consultancy sessions end with an action plan being agreed.
  3. Implementation: The most important part of the process is you taking action. We encourage and support you in doing this by staying in touch by phone ore-mail in between visits and checking on progress.
  4. Review: Once you have had an opportunity to apply to put into practise what you took from the consultancy visit, we’ll get back together and discuss progress and next actions (back to step one). We’ll keep going through the steps until we have covered everything in the brief, at which point we’ll revisit the initial objectives and review overall progress and success.

We encourage clients to take primary responsibility for ensuring that objectives are set and that action is taken, and we help structure and focus the process, provide ideas and encouragement and try and help to maintain momentum.
